Leanne Brewer CPT, WC, FPC
I started my 40-year journey in fitness as a Certified Fitness Instructor in 1985 where I became trainer and competitive bodybuilder.
This was my way to stay healthy in mind, body and soul.
Competitive body building challenged myself to be my best. I placed 5th in my first competition in 1986. I continued to body build and resumed competing when I turned 50 years old to win overall in National Physique Committee (NPC) Women’s bodybuilding and 3rd in NPC Women’s Physique.
As I continued bodybuilding and instructing group fitness, I certified in Personal Training, Johnny G Spinning instructor, Kickbox Instructor, Functional Training Specialist with Injury Prevention. I certified later on in Food Psychology Coaching to counsel and teach about eating for health so clients can achieve awareness about themselves. I conducted Group HIIT Bootcamps with Transformation Contests to further motive and help my clients succeed in their wellness journeys.
During this time while I worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, I helped develop and support the Well with Blue Wellness team as a certified wellness coach implementing and promoting good health practices within our corporation. Our team conducted walking programs, fitness classes and informational training. I volunteered and chaired events for the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity and Homeless Shelters.
When I was diagnosed with Chronic Systemic Lupus in 1996. I used wellness and healthy nutrition as my therapy and support. By 2005 I was completely off of all drugs for my lupus and in remission. My disease enabled me to bring awareness to auto immune conditions and how to manage them naturally for my clients.
I continue to believe and achieve wellness through fitness and nutrition. This is my divine purpose to help others heal and I continue to work with my clients on lifestyle nutrition for weight loss and general optimal health to live their best life.
My Goal is to Promote Healthy Living and Change Lives!
